Life is too complex to medicine

Two statements... just to thinking about...

Trying to figure out more and more the smaller parts of the body, the modern medicine becomes scientific; nowadays the scientific method is poor to understand a entire person, that is too big - regarding she is integrated psy and socially to your environment -, but, much more efficient to understand a simple cell.

What is Phylosophy? (O que é Filosofia?)

Just an opinion...

Until my forty´s i used to be a little more futile, i was always thinking that my truth was the only one right. After my forty´s, and i don´t know why, i´ve started to search for more simple concepts, and more truthful too, maybe that one about death, pleasure, lies, love, sex (mainly) and so, i started to figure out that what i have learned about life (coming from christian religion) do not had satisfactioned me anymore. So a started to read classical books and more about great philosophers (Rousseau, Nietzsche mainly, Maquiavel, Thomas More, Volaire, or yet, Plato, Aristotle, bla bla. So i realized that i knew nothing! and so the bible didnt have explained me anything too.
I am still reading so much, i am still have many doubts, and as i search for reply as many doubts
emerges. Now, when i look at others people i realize many foolish things in your lifes and so i can be more truthful with myself and less hypocrite. I am more grateful with myself and i keep on enjoying the life and of to know what is It for me. I beleave that phylosophy is like this that i told: to try to know the road where you are in. Another way to live the life would be to stay watching TV shows, or laughing from the jokes of youtube, or to be worried with your clothes, appearance or car.
Plato said that are two kinds of people: the phylosopher and the practic man, isn´t this? A teacher of phylosophy isn´t a phylosopher (in many cases), he could just be a practic man trying to get some money with your knowledge - he could be a practic man. My knowledge is small about phylosophy, but a feel like a phylosopher, in other words: a friend of the knowledge.

Comecei a ler literatura clássica e grandes filósofos (Rousseau, Nietzsche principalmente, Maquiavel, Thomas More, Volaire, ou ainda, Platão, Aristóteles, bla bla.
